Grand Pastry Display

The final, culminating project for Baking and Pastry Arts students. Students are responsible for choosing a theme and designing a menu made of seven components: a cake/torte/tart, a confection, a miniature pastry, a plated dessert, a bread with an accompanying spread, a sugar showpiece, and a chocolate showpiece.
